Baron Infotech appoints five directors, PurpleTalk Group’s Sridhar Muppidi as Chairman

Baron Infotech Limited, under the direction of a Monitoring Committee, has appointed five new directors – Sreeram Reddy Vanga, Sridhar Muppidi, Damodar Gautam Sawang, Biyyala Venkata Papa Rao, and Ramachandra Rao Damera – to its board, effective September 22, 2026. The appointments follow the resolution of insolvency proceedings and the approval of a restructuring plan by the National Company Law Tribunal, with PurpleTalk Group’s Sridhar Muppidi slated to serve as Chairman and Managing Director. Additionally, the company approved various administrative and financial matters, including a proposal to relocate its registered office and open new bank accounts, and PurpleTalk Group merged with Baron Infotech Limited.
