Capri Global Capital Ltd announced that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited has reviewed and reaffirmed the long-term credit rating of “ACUITE AA+|Stable” to existing Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 10,550 Crore, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,296.12 Crore, and Proposed NCDs of Rs 1,553.88 Crore; Acuité has also assigned a long-term credit rating of “ACUITE AA+ | Stable” to Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 2,400 Crore and a short-term credit rating of “ACUITE A1+” to Bank Loan Facilities of Rs 200 Crore, with the rationale published on Acuité’s website; no other rating agencies were involved, and there were no enhancements or withdrawals related to these assignments and reaffirmations.
