Karur Vysya Bank restricts trading for insiders October 1-17, 2026, per SEBI rules

Karur Vysya Bank will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, connected persons, immediate relatives, and the promoter group from October 1, 2026, to October 17, 2026, in accordance with the bank’s internal code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and regulations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
