Baron Infotech appoints five directors following tribunal approval and restructuring plan

Baron Infotech Limited, under the direction of a Monitoring Committee, has appointed five new directors – Sreeram Reddy Vanga, Sridhar Muppidi, Damodar Gautam Sawang, Biyyala Venkata Papa Rao, and Ramachandra Rao Damera – to its board, effective September 22, 2026. The appointments follow a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, and are part of a broader restructuring that includes the merger of PurpleTalk Group into Baron Infotech, and a shift of the company's registered office. The company also disclosed details regarding the new directors' backgrounds and experience, along with approvals for various administrative and financial matters.
