The order, valued at Rs 3.67 Crores, represents business conducted in the ordinary course and is expected to be delivered within 5-6 weeks from the date of the purchase order. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in Rayzon Energy Private Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
