Krishna Ventures closes trading window for designated persons until financial results announcement

Krishna Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for its designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the company has also designated CDSL as its designated depository and provided PAN information for freezing at the security level from October 1, 2026, until the financial results announcement.
