Brookfield India REIT acquires office condos in Mumbai’s Delphi building for Rs 752 million

Brookfield India Real Estate Trust announced that Kairos Properties Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle of Brookfield India REIT, has signed an agreement to purchase office condo units 501 to 503 and 601 to 604 in the Delphi building in Downtown Powai, Mumbai, from an unrelated third party for a total cash consideration of Rs 752 million. The acquisition, expected to be completed within the third fiscal quarter of 2027, will increase Kairos’ ownership in the Delphi building from 80% to 86% on a gross leased area basis.
