Asian Warehousing re-appoints Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director for three years

Asian Warehousing Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of three years, effective February 25, 2027, up to February 24, 2030, with a remuneration of Rs 5,00,000 per month. The company also disclosed approval of a material related party transaction with Mr. Vishnu Singh, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, at its 14th Annual General Meeting held on September 21, 2026.
