GHUSHINE FINTRADE OCEAN LIMITED announced the resignation of Pavan Jain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 22, 2026, due to personal commitments. Simultaneously, the company appointed Samyak Alok Jain as Chief Financial Officer, also effective September 22, 2026, for a term of five years. The board also approved the appointment of M/s Aadil Aibada & Associates as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27.
