Promoters pledged shares securing Rs 111 crore credit facilities with related party Authum Investment

Veranda Learning Solutions Limited announced that its promoters, Kalpathi S. Aghoram, Kalpathi S. Ganesh, and Kalpathi S. Suresh, executed an unattested pledge agreement dated September 21, 2026, with Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited, pledging shares held by them as security for credit facilities of Rs 111 crore availed by the promoters in their personal capacity; Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited holds 10.8% of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited's paid-up equity share capital and is considered a related party.
