OnEMI Technology Solutions alters its object clause to expand financial technology services

OnEMI Technology Solutions Limited, formerly known as OnEMI Technology Solutions Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its members approved alterations to the main object clause of its Memorandum of Association at the 10th Annual General meeting held on September 22, 2026, to provide clarity and flexibility to undertake activities relating to technology platforms and allied services in the financial services ecosystem. The amendments include substituting an existing sub-clause to cover software and technology platform development and inserting new sub-clauses related to information processing for credit institutions and providing outsourcing and support services.
