HDFC AMC to review financial results at a board meeting on October 15, 2026

HDFC Asset Management Company Limited will hold a board meeting on October 15, 2026, to consider and approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, and will submit the results along with Limited Review Reports to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. Trading in shares of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, to October 17, 2026, inclusive, in accordance with the AMC Share Dealing Code and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
