Yaan Enterprises Limited, formerly known as Crown Tours Ltd, announced it has received a purchase order for the supply of yellow maize valued at Rs 15.86 Crores from State Agri Horticultural Development Co-operative Society Limited – Thiruvananthapuram. The order, which requires completion within two months, includes an advance payment of Rs 3 Crores, with the remaining balance due within 45 days upon supply completion and quality analysis certification. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any related parties have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
