Alkem Laboratories closes trading window ahead of September 2026 financial results release

Alkem Laboratories Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that its trading window will be closed from September 29, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, are communicated to the stock exchanges, in accordance with the company’s insider trading regulations.
