Vedant Fashions Limited restricts trading for insiders ahead of Q3 FY27 results

Vedant Fashions Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from September 25, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and a framework that will freeze the PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026.
