Magnus Steel closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results release

Magnus Steel and Infra Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for designated persons and their relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company's insider trading policy and SEBI regulations.
