Midaas Fashions Limited, formerly known as Shentracon Chemicals Limited, has fixed Monday, October 26, 2026, as the record date for the sub-division of its equity shares, following shareholder approval at the 33rd Annual General Meeting on August 21, 2026, to split one equity share with a face value of Rs 10 into two equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each.
