Bondada Engineering’s board approved policy changes and committee reconstitution for Main Board migration

Bondada Engineering Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors, meeting on September 22, 2026, approved an amendment to the Whistle Blower Policy, available on the company’s website at www.bondada.net, and reconstituted the Stakeholders Relationship Committee by inducting Mr. P Dinakara Rao, an Independent Director, as a member, as part of the company’s migration from the BSE SME Platform to the Main Board.
