360 ONE WAM appoints Aashish Agarwal as CEO, with Karan Bhagat as Vice-Chairman

360 ONE WAM Limited announced the appointment of Aashish Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 15, 2027, and Karan Bhagat will continue as Managing Director while also assuming the role of Vice-Chairman, also effective February 15, 2027. The appointments, recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are intended to strengthen the group’s leadership and position 360 ONE to build across its wealth management, asset management, and capital markets verticals, managing assets of more than Rs 7.8 lakh crore.
