FILTRA Consultants closes securities trading window ahead of September 2026 results

FILTRA Consultants and Engineers Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, become generally available, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
