RMC Switchgears shareholders approved increasing authorized capital at the September 19 meeting

RMC Switchgears Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its shareholders approved an alteration in the Capital Clause of the Memorandum of Association, increasing the authorized share capital from Rs 15,00,00,000 divided into 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 20,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at the Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026.
