Indian Bank closes trading window for insiders ahead of fiscal year-end results

Indian Bank informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. that the trading window for dealings in listed securities will be closed for directors and designated persons of the bank from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Second Quarter and Half Year period of fiscal year 2026-27 ending September 30, 2026.
