Sansera Engineering Limited’s committee approved allotment of 14,189 shares under ESOP 2018

Sansera Engineering Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 14,189 equity shares on the exercise of options under the Sansera Engineering Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2018 (“ESOP 2018”), with exercise prices ranging from Rs 744.00 to Rs 1,078.30 per share, and a premium ranging from Rs 742.00 to Rs 1,076.30 per share, as of September 22, 2026. The total issued shares after this allotment is 6,24,17,757, and the total issued share capital is Rs 12,48,35,514.
