Likhitha Infrastructure closes trading window for employees ahead of Q2/H1 2026 results

Likhitha Infrastructure Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its Designated Employees and their immediate relatives will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026, with the date of the Board meeting to be announced later.
