ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
