CSL Finance members re-appointed Rohit Gupta as Managing Director for five years

CSL Finance Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rohit Gupta as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective August 10, 2027, to August 9, 2032. Mr. Gupta, who holds DIN: 00045077, has over two decades of experience in corporate finance and is also a director of CSL Capital Private Limited; he is the father of Whole Time Director, Ms. Rachita Gupta.
