CSL Finance shareholders approved Articles of Association amendment regarding debenture trustee nominee director

CSL Finance Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that shareholders approved an amendment to the company's Articles of Association at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026, through video conferencing. The amendment, detailed in Annexure A, pertains to the right of debenture trustee(s) to appoint a nominee director, stipulating the Board's obligation to appoint such a nominee upon receiving a nomination and outlining the circumstances under which the nominee director would vacate office.
