Karnataka Bank members re-elected Balebail Rajagopal Ashok and appointed three new directors

Karnataka Bank Limited announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Balebail Rajagopal Ashok as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, and the appointments of Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan as Executive Director, and Dr. M Aruna Shyam and Parthasarathi Periaswamy as Non-Executive Independent Directors, at its 102nd Annual General Meeting on September 22, 2026. The bank also confirmed that the newly appointed directors are not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
