360 ONE WAM appoints Aashish Agarwal as CEO, Karan Bhagat as Vice Chairman

360 ONE WAM Limited announced the appointment of Aashish Agarwal as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 15, 2027, and Karan Bhagat will assume the role of Vice Chairman and Managing Director, also effective February 15, 2027. The appointments, recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, are intended to strengthen the group’s leadership and build across its wealth management, asset management, and capital markets verticals, with 360 ONE managing assets of more than Rs 7.8 lakh crore.
