Rajeswari Infrastructure Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the record date for corporate actions has been revised to Thursday, October 01, 2026, as per the resolution plan approved by the Hon’ble NCLT Chennai dated January 13, 2026, and subsequent advice received from the BSE on September 21, 2026.
