Satiate Agri Limited, currently under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), announced that its First Meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC) convened on September 21, 2026, via hybrid mode, to discuss several agenda items including an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Indore bench dated August 20, 2026, and the status of the company's resolution roadmap. The CoC ratified expenses incurred by the Interim Resolution Professional, approved estimated CIRP expenses, ratified the Interim Resolution Professional’s remuneration, appointed the Interim Resolution Professional as Resolution Professional, and approved intervals for future CoC meetings, while deferring decisions on the appointment of registered valuers and a Transaction Auditor until the next CoC meeting.
