Raama Finance Limited approved issuance of Rs 5 crore in debentures via private placement

Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing and Finance Limited, announced the approval to issue 5,000 unrated, secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures ("NCDs") with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 5 crore, under Series A on a private placement basis. The company's board also appointed Mr. Jitendar Prasad as Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective September 22, 2026.
