Karnataka Bank appointed Batliboi & Purohit as joint Statutory Auditors for three years

Karnataka Bank informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that its members approved the appointment of M/s. Batliboi & Purohit, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as joint Statutory Auditors for a three-year term from the conclusion of the 102nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 105th Annual General Meeting, alongside the existing joint Statutory Auditors, M/s. R.G.N. Price & Co., Chartered Accountants, Chennai, who will continue until the conclusion of the 103rd Annual General Meeting; this appointment was approved by the Reserve Bank of India vide letter CO.DOS.RPD.No.: S3635 /08.11.005/2026-27 dated August 11, 2026.
