SRG Housing Finance closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

SRG Housing Finance Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company’s code of internal procedures and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
