IIFL Capital Services Limited, formerly known as IIFL Securities Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee allotted 1,73,150 equity shares to employees on September 22, 2026, through the exercise of stock options under the IIFL Securities Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018, increasing the company’s equity base from 315,178,863 to 315,352,013 shares.
