ICICI Prudential Life Insurance allotted shares under its stock option and unit schemes

ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited announced the allotment of 10,142 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each on September 22, 2026, under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005) for 2,740 shares and Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023) for 7,402 shares, as approved by the Managing Director & CEO.
