Titan Company restricts trading for insiders ahead of quarterly results announcement

Titan Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting September 23, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct, and will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026.
