Shree Securities halts trading for insiders pending financial results release in late 2026

Shree Securities Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and employees from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public release of the company’s unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
