G.K. Consultants closes trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026

Consultants Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
