Ras Resorts halts securities trading before quarterly results announcement in late September 2026

Ras Resorts And Apart Hotels Ltd. will close its trading window for securities transactions from October 1, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Insider Trading) Regulations and the company’s code of conduct, ahead of the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are released by the board, and the date of the board meeting will be announced later.
