LIC India to halt insider trading ahead of financial results announcement

Life Insurance Corporation of India will close its trading window for insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
