Cube Highways Trust secures a 1423-day concession extension from NHAI via arbitration

Cube Highways Trust announced that Walayar Vadakkencherry Expressway Private Limited, a project special purpose vehicle (SPV) of Cube Highways Trust, has received an arbitral award stating it is entitled to an extension of the concession period by 1423 days, following arbitration proceedings against National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) regarding a claim for modification of the concession period.
