Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited, formerly Tata Motors Limited, will close its trading window from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, in accordance with its code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, due to the upcoming declaration of the company’s financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are released to the stock exchanges.
