PC Jeweller’s board approved equity share allotment to Balram Garg, receiving Rs 10 crore

PC Jeweller Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the allotment of 74,07,500 equity shares to Balram Garg, Promoter & Managing Director, upon conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 10,00,01,250. The allotment, which occurred on September 22, 2026, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 975,21,34,855 comprising 975,21,34,855 equity shares to Rs 975,95,42,355 comprising 975,95,42,355 equity shares.
