Oracle Financial Services Software Limited announced on September 22, 2026, that its ESOP Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 18,890 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 5 each to eligible employees under the OFSS Stock Plan 2014, increasing the company's paid-up capital to Rs. 435,510,085 divided into 87,102,017 equity shares.
