TTK Healthcare restricts trading for insiders ahead of Q2 2026 results release

TTK Healthcare Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
