Tata Capital restricts trading for insiders pending financial results declaration in September

Tata Capital Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their related persons from Wednesday, September 23, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
