Panchmahal Steel closes trading window for designated persons starting October 1, 2026

Panchmahal Steel Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares will be closed for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
