ICICI Bank allocates equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme

ICICI Bank announced the allotment of 357,938 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each on September 22, 2026, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme- 2000, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The allotment was approved by two Executive Directors, acting on a power delegated by the Board of Directors at a meeting held on October 21, 2023.
