Dolphin Medical Services appoints Amarandhar Reddy Kotha as Chairman and Promoter Director

Dolphin Medical Services Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors approved the appointment of Mr. Amarandhar Reddy Kotha (DIN: 07425226) as Chairman and Promoter Director, and the change of Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mallour (DIN: 08125774) from Professional to Promoter Director, during a meeting held on September 21, 2026. The board also approved the reconstitution of various committees and authorized Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mallour to make necessary filings with stock exchanges and regulatory authorities regarding a proposed reclassification of Promoter/Promoter Group.
